Julia Frick

Julia Frick has been the Chief Financial Officer of Qualified Recruiter since the beginning of the business. She ensures that every decision we make is financially sound and contributes to a strong, positive bottom line.

With a background in banking and finance, Julia spent a significant part of her career as a Vice President at multiple banks, specializing in credit analysis and making recommendations on large collateralized corporate loans. This experience gives her a sharp financial perspective and a disciplined approach to decision-making.

In her current role, Julia oversees all finance-related functions for both our U.S. operations and India operations. She leads a team of accounting and finance professionals and is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and overall financial governance across the organization.

Outside of work, Julia is proud of raising and homeschooling three children, guiding them all the way through college. She enjoys traveling, watching a good comedy or romance movie, and spending quality time with her family.
