Getting started begins with talking to one of our sales representatives. During the initial conversation, we'll understand your hiring needs, the challenges you're facing, and how our recruitment model can support your business.

From there, you'll be introduced to a QA Manager, who will take the conversation forward and understand your requirements in more detail. Based on your hiring needs, the QA Manager will identify and introduce a Dedicated Full-Time Recruiter best suited to work on your account.

Before recruiting begins, you'll have the opportunity to interview the recruiter yourself to understand their experience and approach, discuss your expectations, and make sure you're comfortable with the recruiter working on your positions.

Once the recruiter is approved, the QA Manager will establish the appropriate KPIs and performance expectations, and your Dedicated Full-Time Recruiter will begin working on your hiring requirements. Throughout the engagement, your recruiter and QA Manager stay in regular communication, sharing updates on recruitment activity, candidate submissions, progress, and placements, and making adjustments based on your feedback.

Our expectation is to begin identifying qualified candidates within 24–48 hours, depending on the difficulty and requirements of the role. More specialized or hard-to-fill positions may require additional time to identify candidates with the right skills and experience.
