With over 30 years of experience across recruitment, staffing, technology, and business leadership, Greg founded Qualified Recruiter after recognizing the need for a better hiring model. Having spent more than 15 years in the staffing industry and growing a business from the ground up to eight-figure revenue, he set out to combine experienced recruiters with a cost-effective global delivery model to help organizations hire better, faster, and smarter.

A serial entrepreneur with four successful businesses to his name, Greg is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating long-term client partnerships, and continuously improving the recruitment process. Outside of work, his priorities are faith, family, and football. He enjoys traveling with his wife and three children—Australia is one of his favorite destinations. A lifelong football (soccer) fan, Greg proudly supports Liverpool FC and the U.S. National Team.
