Greg Frick is the CEO & Founder of Qualified Recruiter, a firm dedicated to making its clients successful one hire at a time. If we’re not providing the best talent for our clients, then we’re not doing our job. Greg first and foremost seeks to glorify God in everything he does. All of Greg’s accomplishments, and lessons learned, have been because of and for Jesus Christ.

With 40+ years of experience leading large teams in IT in the corporate world and starting four different businesses, Greg started Qualified Recruiter with a simple idea: Hire Better! He built Qualified Recruiter from the ground up from 4 people working out of a 1-bedroom apartment in Pune, to over 300 people working out of 12,000 square feet of premium office space in the heart of Pune, India. Greg’s philosophy is very simple, find the best talent for our clients so they can be successful. If we can do that, then we’ll be successful.

A serial entrepreneur with four successful businesses to his name, Greg is passionate about building high-performance teams, creating long-term client partnerships, and continuously improving the recruitment process. Outside of work, his priorities are Jesus, family, and football. He enjoys traveling with his wife and three children—Australia is one of his favorite destinations. A lifelong football (soccer) fan, Greg proudly supports Liverpool FC and the U.S. Men’s National Team.

Having spent more than 15 years in the staffing industry and growing a business from the ground up to eight-figure revenue, he set out to combine experienced recruiters with a cost-effective global delivery model to help organizations hire better, faster, and smarter. A serial entrepreneur with four successful businesses to his name, Greg is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating long-term client partnerships, and continuously improving the recruitment process. Under his leadership, Qualified Recruiter has grown into a trusted Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, helping businesses across multiple industries attract and hire exceptional talent through dedicated recruitment solutions and proven hiring strategies.
