Having spent more than 15 years in the staffing industry and growing a business from the ground up to eight-figure revenue, he set out to combine experienced recruiters with a cost-effective global delivery model to help organizations hire better, faster, and smarter. A serial entrepreneur with four successful businesses to his name, Greg is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating long-term client partnerships, and continuously improving the recruitment process. Under his leadership, Qualified Recruiter has grown into a trusted Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, helping businesses across multiple industries attract and hire exceptional talent through dedicated recruitment solutions and proven hiring strategies. Outside of work, Greg's priorities are faith, family, and football. Guided by his faith, he strives to lead with integrity and purpose, while his wife and three children remain at the heart of everything he does. He enjoys traveling with his family, with Australia being one of his favorite destinations, and is a lifelong football (soccer) fan who proudly supports Liverpool FC and the U.S. National Team.
