Tom (Tushar) Mhalsekar

Tom (Tushar) Mhalsekar is the Director of Operations at Qualified Recruiter, where he oversees operations, service delivery, and quality across the company.

Since joining Qualified Recruiter nearly eight years ago, he has grown through multiple leadership roles, including Recruiter, Team Lead, Quality Assurance & Delivery Manager, and now Director of Operations. Having experienced every stage of the recruitment process firsthand, Tom brings both operational expertise and practical industry knowledge to the role.

Throughout his career at Qualified Recruiter, Tom has worked with clients across healthcare, IT, manufacturing, construction, legal, accounting, and many other industries. He works closely with leadership and delivery teams to improve recruitment processes, maintain quality standards, and ensure clients receive consistent results. His focus on process improvement, team development, and operational efficiency has played an important role in supporting Qualified Recruiter's growth and its reputation for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Tom believes the company's success is built on one simple principle—delivering quality and earning client trust. Having seen Qualified Recruiter grow from a small team to one of India's leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) providers, he is proud to be part of its journey and excited about what lies ahead.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys playing cricket and basketball, taking long bike rides, and exploring different parts of the country.
