Adam started his journey with Qualified Recruiter as a Technical Recruiter and is currently working as a VP of Operations, India. Having a Bachelor’s in Engineering helped him to quickly understand the technical aspects of the job requirements and come up with the right strategy to successfully search for the best candidates. His deep analytical insights and expert sourcing techniques helped the organization grow by delivering quality results on a consistent basis. He is highly engaged and collaborative with all teams to understand and solve their challenges. He believes in continuous training and promoting from within which creates huge opportunities for employees to advance their career within the company.

Adam enjoys working in a challenging and fast paced environment and focuses on achieving the company’s vision through operational excellence. This includes the optimization of client satisfaction by delivering the highest quality in the market. Prior to Qualified Recruiter, he had extensive experience in the core Technical Support domain with several international clients in the US and UK. Adam has always been a top performer and believes in providing the best customer experience. 

Adam lives in Pune with his wife and son along with a large black Lab. He is a fun-loving person and has a great sense of humor. He loves spending time with his family and while not doing that he plays cricket, snooker and likes to watch meaningful cinema.
